Mags is joined by the lovely Christine Judd to talk about self-care on the days when you just don’t feel you can muster the energy.
Christine is a holistic business mentor, author, yoga teacher and Lomi Lomi practitioner. Her journey through depression has led her to explore various different treatment approaches from medical to woo woo. She’s launching a podcast called ‘Living through the hard stuff’ exploring depression through the eyes of different holistic traditions and sharing her tips and tricks of how she manages to ride the waves of depression through daily activities, spiritual practices & other techniques.
21 February – Why Self-Care Isn’t Woo Woo Webinar
The wonderful Heather Dane, 21st Century Medicine Woman and Hay House Radio Host, is our first ever Healing Academy Guest Lecturer. She will be talking about her ideas around self-care, and how it relates to healing yourself.
Heather combines ancient wisdom from her Native American lineage with holistic health, epigenetics, and nutrition training to offer the most cutting edge prescriptive remedies for your health. She has co-authored two books with Louise Hay: Loving Yourself to Great Health and The Bone Broth Secret: A Culinary Adventure in Health, Beauty and Longevity.
