We will be sharing and discussing the holidays—and the feelings they may have triggered. We will also engage in some good, old-fashioned looking back and facing forward as 2017 draws to a close and 2018 approaches.
Starting December 23, you will be able to join the SwanWaters team on the forum below to share your thoughts and feelings on different experiences that you may have over the Christmas period. Or you can simply log into the forum to meet us there—we will be checking in there every day for the duration of this retreat. So even if you don’t want to use the writing prompts as a part of your healing journey, and you simply just need support because you’ve possibly been hit by the holiday blues.
