They say Loving Kindness meditation is one of the best ways to increase and retain positive emotions.

If traditional meditation is not your cup of tea (or if it is, we are not in the exclusion business) doing some coloring pages is a great second best. In fact, coloring is becoming a recommended pastime by psychologists. “Coloring allows unlocking your creative potential. Perhaps more important, it helps relieve tension and anxiety.”

We agree that coloring can induce an almost meditative state. Today we are launching our very own Swan Coloring Book!

We have added the Loving Kindness aspect to our meditative coloring by making our coloring pages into little cards that can spread loving kindness into the world.

Here is how it works:

  1. Color in the cards and cut them out along the dotted lines
  2. Leave cards wherever a stranger can stumble across them:
  • Between books in the library
  • Folded in your tip at a restaurant
  • On the table for your barista to find…


There are endless possibilities. Not to mention that you can print as many as you like!
